Coordinating Assistant - HR

Pooja Malavisooriya did her schooling at Mahamaya Girls’ College, Kandy. She has successfully completed the Bachelor of Management Studies at the Open University of Sri Lanka specializing in HR. She has also completed her professional qualifications in HR [Certificate course in HRM] at the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM) and is looking forward to further her higher studies in Human Resources Management.

Pooja has over two and a half years’ experience in private sector working in the field of HR. She has been responsible for many HR functions such as, Recruitment, Employee Documentation and managing Payroll information, dealing with employee EPF/ETF matters, employee Grievances, and handling of HR related Inquiries. Currently, she works at COSTI as a Project Coordinating Assistant in HR.
