Shanika Abeyratne is a product of S.Thomas College Mount Lavinia His professional career starts from 1996 with the enlistment into Intercity Paging Servies (Pvt) Ltd, I.P.S. Networks (Pvt) Ltd, Protec Services (Pvt) Ltd and Swedish Trading Audio Visual (Pvt) Ltd and he  holds a Microsoft Certified Professional Certificate (MCP) from Microsoft U.S.A , Certificate for Implementing & Supporting Windows NT Server / Administering from Microsoft U.S.A  & IDM Sri Lanka, certificate for Computer Hardware Engineering from Raytronics International (Pvt) Ltd Sri Lanka, Certificate for implementing and Supporting  DOS Operating System from D P Aids Sri Lanka and also he has passed ACS Exam Paper One (Australian Computer Society). Shanika has more than 15 years of experience In maintaining LAN / WAN Networks, E-mail server and ADSL connection Installation and configuration, Assembling Desktop PC's, also he has attended  into repairs/maintaining and trouble shooting of computers (Desktop / Laptop), printers, Video Conference systems and detection equipment. Other key tasks includes Maintaining  SQL server, Troubleshooting Client PC's, Configuring  Routers /Switches, Maintaining and configuring client PC’s in to the firewall and software installation. Configuring video conference systems  to use with IP base.
